The Challenge

Traditional animation pipelines are slow, expensive, and require massive teams. The goal was to create high-quality animated content as a solo creator within days rather than months.

The Solution

Engineered a custom workflow using Large Language Models for scripting, Google Veo for visual generation, and Suno for synchronized audio. I built a web-based export tool to handle the assembly and synchronization programmatically.

The Outcome

Dramatically reduced animation production time while exploring the feasibility of solo-creator animated storytelling.
